OCD Support Group
The OCD Support Group is open to adults living with OCD and is held the first and third Wednesday of the month from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
The group is peer-facilitated and provides participants the opportunity to connect with others who have similar experiences. The group also provides psychoeducation and advocacy strategies to reduce the stigma and misinformation about OCD.
